Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the IRRBB calculation model to deliver accurate, timely, controlled outputs and reports for Group and local regulators.
  • •Produce reporting and commentary, and respond promptly to stakeholder and regulator queries.
  • •Support execution and delivery of base and stressed Net Interest Income projections and global stress testing requirements.
  • •Perform reconciliations, validation checks, and data quality reviews, and log data quality issues impacting outputs in relevant systems.
  • •Implement new reporting requirements, maintain documentation/basis of preparation, and identify re-engineering and continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification (Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or MBA in Finance) or a graduate with 3+ years’ experience (preferably in treasury, regulatory, or finance).
  • •Strong technical understanding of interest rate products, interest rate environments, balance sheet financial reporting, and the Basel framework.
  • •Experience with Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book, treasury, regulatory/financial reporting, or Global Markets (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of balance sheet and profit and loss attribution/analysis and fixed income valuations.
  • •Strong attention to detail plus communication/analytical skills to manage large volumes and tight deadlines.
