Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with internal programs and external customers to gather and articulate requirements.
  • •Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs; ensure artifacts are complete and accurate and demonstrable in stakeholder meetings.
  • •Contribute to the Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation.
  • •Maintain and advance model-based system engineering artifacts for autonomous systems (Operational Viewpoints, System Viewpoints, diagrams, BDDs, IBDs).
  • •Demonstrate real Systems Engineering and Mission Systems Integration capabilities through artifact development and testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar with AI/ML and autonomous systems focus
  • •2+ years of Systems Engineering across the life cycle in mission autonomy systems
  • •Familiarity with algorithm design for autonomous systems
  • •Experience with AI/ML technologies (deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision)
  • •Experience with mission systems integration for AI-driven decision-making systems
