Own and strategically grow Visa’s global partnership with Stripe as Sr. Director on the Growth Products and Partnerships team. •Accountable as the leader of the global Stripe partnership, developing and executing strategy, objectives, and plans to drive product innovation and performance.
•Meet annual and quarterly performance targets; lead account, relationship management, and sales planning to ensure shared business objectives are met.
•Align cross-functional teams (Legal, Government Engagement, Product, Operations, Risk, Local Market) on key proposals and lead development, negotiation, and signing of agreements.
•Lead discovery, ideation, and product solutioning with partners; drive opportunities to closure and oversee product implementation and enhancement feedback loops.
•Sharpen partnership execution, maintain high client satisfaction, and proactively solve complex problems impacting management, relationships, and business direction.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or at least 5 years with a PhD.
•15+ years (or 12+ with an advanced degree) with 9+ years experience in the case of PhD, per preferred qualifications.
•Experience working with large enterprises in consulting, solutions, relationship, or account management.
•Demonstrated track record planning, managing, and closing complex partnership efforts and managing deals from negotiation through delivery.
•Partnership, business development, or sales experience in fintech/payments, with strong client relationship management skills.
