Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading and vehicle detailing in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (also requires passing a drug test and obtaining a DOT Medical Card).
