Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula support to insured clients.
  • •Complete Loula’s interest form and screening process to be considered for partnership.
  • •Maintain required training and documentation for CPR and HIPAA.
  • •Work as an independent contractor within Loula’s non-exclusive network.
  • •Collaborate with Loula’s Care Navigator for client referrals and matching.

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
