•Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool.
•Help our partners deliver best-in-class services to our customers, allowing us to efficiently scale the impact of our product.
•Develop new service offerings based on customer / market need.
•Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements.
•Be a thought partner to Retool customers to help them build out complex internal tools for new teams and use cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,500 - 280,800 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer.

•Passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems creatively, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
•Exceptional technical communication skills, translating customer requirements between business and technical teams to drive successful implementations.
