•Act as a key contributor to the implementation of HR projects.
•Resolve most employee relations issues, including those involving management, and conduct interviews.
•Recommend changes to policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance with new labor laws and lead corporate communications on changes.
•Establish and maintain influential relationships as a strategic partner with management and as an advocate for employees.
•Serve as a resource on HR policies and procedures such as payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 125,000 annually
