Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide director-level leadership and oversight for major power and energy infrastructure projects across Canada.
  • •Establish project execution strategies, governance frameworks, organizational structures, and decision-making processes.
  • •Ensure safe, efficient, and successful delivery against scope, schedule, quality, financial, and operational objectives.
  • •Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project leadership teams and serve as the director-level interface with clients, contractors, regulators, Indigenous communities, and other stakeholders.
  • •Drive commercial and financial performance through forecasting, contract management, risk mitigation, change management, and claims resolution, and lead project closeout activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 159,900 - 234,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience leading large-scale major projects in the power, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex projects across Transmission & Distribution, Hydropower & Dams, Renewable Energy, or Power Infrastructure.
  • •Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, execution, commissioning, start-up, and project closeout phases.
  • •Strong knowledge of project delivery models (EP, EPCM, PMC, or similar) and expertise in governance, project controls, commercial management, and risk management.
