Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • •Follow HEYDUDE policies for asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance.
  • •Work with a team-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Use appropriate equipment to move merchandise and support stockroom and sales floor operations.
  • •Lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift while completing store tasks.
