Improve and optimize manufacturing processes for critical valve components by partnering with production, quality, and engineering teams. Develop and evaluate manufacturing methods to reduce cost and boost efficiency, research new technologies, and recommend capital improvements. Plan workflow and equipment layouts, support design reviews and engineering changes, and use CAD/CAM plus CNC programming (G and M codes) to implement scalable, capable production methods.
