Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform quality testing and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality standards.
  • •Monitor production quality and support corrective actions by identifying issues and making timely decisions to maintain product integrity.
  • •Dispose products and inventory by approving products, packaging, labels, and managing hold/release activities.
  • •Follow quality systems, procedures, and customer requirements while partnering with production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality products.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree, College Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field.
  • •Experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a regulated production environment.
  • •Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, aseptic techniques, FCC/USP/ASTA testing methods, or related quality systems.
  • •Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • •Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
