Create and update professional services pricing quotes using the Enterprise Pricelist and NICE CPQ, acting as a pricing gatekeeper by optimizing deal pricing, gross margin, and discount guidance. Serve as proposal lead across the proposal lifecycle, coordinate submissions on the NICE platform, manage professional services renewal status, and collaborate with regional sales and solution teams to ensure accurate deal structure and early-cycle pricing.

Key Responsibilities

•Create new and modify existing services pricing quotes based on solution design, RFPs, and scope documents using Enterprise Pricelist and NICE CPQ.
•Review and optimize predefined pricing by analyzing gross margin, providing discount guidance, and ensuring required professional services items are quoted correctly.
•Coordinate with regional sales, solution engineering, sales overlay, and services/sales leaders to ensure a collaborative and accurate pricing and deal structure approach.
•Lead professional services proposals throughout the proposal lifecycle, maintaining accurate pricing and assumptions and coordinating quote submission on the NICE electronic platform.
•Monitor and manage professional services renewals status to maximize renewal revenues and maintain a cloud-based repository of proposal collateral (quotes, SOWs, design docs, and related correspondence).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience writing/managing proposals or quotes for technology or consulting companies.
•Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle (RFI, RFP, evaluation, legal, SOW, pricing, submission).
•Strong technical/software functionality orientation.
•Demonstrated ability to work across the organization to gather information and produce an optimal response.
•Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
