Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, format, and track IT acquisition deliverables and procurement documentation with the NSGS team.
  • •Manage and process hundreds of purchase requests (PRs), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper logging.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve procurement bottlenecks.
  • •Conduct market research on vendor capabilities, product pricing, and lead times to support optimal delivery.
  • •Track the end-to-end lifecycle of IT equipment orders, including shipping status, and quality-check acquisition packages for regulatory alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,000 - 63,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 0–3 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •Experience supporting high-volume administrative, tracking, or procurement operations, preferably in a federal contract environment.
  • •Ability to manage large datasets and accurately track hundreds of fast-moving transactions/purchase requests.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows across teams.
  • •Active Secret clearance and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling/status reporting tools.
