  • •Interpret contract requirements to create and maintain an IMS, leading IMS baselines and acting as the program IMS lead in reviews and meetings.
  • •Consult with technical work scope owners by analyzing program plans and supporting schedule baseline changes and integration.
  • •Analyze critical path assessments, conduct root-cause assessments for execution variances, and develop and deliver schedule risk assessments and critical path analysis.
  • •Collaborate with Earned Value Analysts, CAMs, and CIPTs to align SAP and IMS reporting, assess variances, and support mitigation plans.
  • •Create and update scheduling procedures and standard work, and communicate improvements and efficiencies to the PP&S organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
  • •Experience as a program Scheduler/Planner and time in program and/or project management.
  • •Experience supporting government proposals and Earned Value Management.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for government contracts.
