Job Summary

Build and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by interpreting contract requirements, leading IMS baselines, and serving as the program IMS lead in reviews and meetings. Support technical scope owners with schedule baseline changes, perform critical path and root-cause variance analysis, and deliver schedule risk assessments. Coordinate with Earned Value Analysts and stakeholders to align SAP and IMS reporting, ensuring baseline integrity and schedule quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Interpret contract requirements to create and maintain an IMS, leading IMS baselines and acting as the program IMS lead in reviews and meetings.
•Consult with technical work scope owners by analyzing program plans and supporting schedule baseline changes and integration.
•Analyze critical path assessments, conduct root-cause assessments for execution variances, and develop and deliver schedule risk assessments and critical path analysis.
•Collaborate with Earned Value Analysts, CAMs, and CIPTs to align SAP and IMS reporting, assess variances, and support mitigation plans.
•Create and update scheduling procedures and standard work, and communicate improvements and efficiencies to the PP&S organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
•Experience as a program Scheduler/Planner and time in program and/or project management.
•Experience supporting government proposals and Earned Value Management.
•Proficiency with MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
•U.S. citizenship is required for government contracts.
