Lead the execution of global ETF strategy into disciplined, scalable operating plans across regions, platforms, and functions. Serve as the integrator and operator-in-chief for the ETF & Index business, aligning long-term vision with commercial priorities, operating models, technology, governance, KPIs, and risk controls. Own the ETF operating model, drive readiness for product launches and market expansion, and oversee incident response and external partnership rhythms to support long-term competitiveness.
