Job Summary

Build and operate high-scale systems for Zscaler’s cloud security platform. Provide service- and product-wide architectural guidance, drive technical decisions, and set best practices across coding, testing, observability, and CI/CD. Lead cross-team initiatives focused on performance optimization and reliability, while adopting new tools and technologies to accelerate feature velocity. You’ll also contribute on-call support, incident response, and post-incident RCA writing.

•3+ years of experience coding in Java in a highly distributed, enterprise-scale environment, with experience in Kafka, Druid, and ElasticSearch.

•Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure services on AWS or Azure.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
•Demonstrated curiosity using AI tools and integrating new technologies to enhance workflows and problem-solving.
