Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational excellence for Customer Platform Engineering through structured operating rhythms, governance processes, and execution management.
  • •Establish and manage operating cadences, including customer enablement reviews and operational review forums.
  • •Consolidate customer enablement status, issues, deployment readiness, risks, and priorities to drive weekly internal Customer Forum reviews.
  • •Serve as the central coordination point for enablement status, operational updates, issue tracking, and execution reviews across multiple customer-engineering teams.
  • •Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs, and monitor execution against organizational priorities to manage risks, dependencies, issues, and actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,140 - 300,240 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience in technical program management, engineering operations, customer engineering, program management, or related disciplines.
  • •Expertise driving operational excellence in technical organizations and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Experience supporting engineering teams focused on datacenter infrastructure, AI systems, cloud computing, enterprise platforms, HPC, or semiconductor technologies.
  • •Proven success establishing operating rhythms, governance frameworks, execution management processes, and performance measurement systems.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
