Project Officer II Construction Manager

Oversee administration and coordination of design and construction for complex school modernization in NYC under guidance of senior officers. Ensure quality and compliance across consultants, vendors, and contractors; manage project scope, schedule, and budget; make on-site decisions, resolve field issues, and enforce contract documents while upholding safety and ethics. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and school staff across all five boroughs to deliver timely, code-compliant facilities that meet SCA standards and client objectives.
