Job Summary

Lead OpenAI's APAC Sales Development organization across Asia Pacific, building regional SDR leadership and teams, defining enterprise pipeline strategies, and creating an operating model that converts product interest, pilots, developer activity, and inbound demand into high-quality pipeline for Enterprise and Strategic Accounts. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, Partnerships, and Strategy & Ops to drive a coordinated regional GTM motion.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale OpenAI’s APAC Sales Development organization, including hiring strategy, org design, enablement, and performance management
•Lead and develop front-line SDR managers and SDR teams across key APAC markets
•Own the regional enterprise pipeline generation strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality opportunity creation across the region
•Translate product usage, pilots, developer engagement, and inbound interest into qualified enterprise opportunities
•Develop localized and vertical-specific SDR motions tailored to APAC markets and buying environments

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, revenue, or GTM leadership
•Significant experience leading SDR or pipeline generation organizations across APAC
•Experience managing distributed, multicultural teams across multiple countries and time zones
•Built or scaled enterprise demand generation engines in fast-growing technology or platform businesses
•Fluent in product-led and usage-based GTM motions (PQLs, pilots, free-to-paid, expansion)
