Job Summary

Increase data center reliability and uptime by identifying risks, executing infrastructure improvements, and supporting incident-prevention efforts. You’ll rack, stack, install, configure, and replace servers, storage, and network equipment; run hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements; and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues. Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation while improving operational efficiency through process optimization and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage systems, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
•Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs).
•Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.
•Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues.
•Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,700 - 84,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.
•Familiarity with operating systems, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
•Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience working in data centers.
•Willing and able to work weekend night shift (7pm-7am Fri, Sat, & Sun).
