Job Summary

Support multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure projects by establishing project baselines, monitoring cost and schedule performance, forecasting outcomes, and producing timely performance reporting. Partner with project managers and discipline leads to apply earned value methodology, resource and budget control, and scope/change management. Contribute to trending, cost impact analysis, and project cost review meetings, using project planning concepts and enterprise project management tools to enable data-driven decisions.

•Establish project baselines and provide cost data in company systems to control project performance.
•Analyze financial and project performance data, including trending and forecasting, to identify key project issues and cost/schedule impacts.
•Apply earned value methodology and support budget control, financial performance analysis, and scope and change management.
•Collect and analyze manpower, labor hours, and labor cost data versus budget limitations and track actual costs to funding limitations.
•Support project reporting and participate in project cost review meetings; assist with procedures and analysis for contractor invoices when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
•Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Project Controls, Project Management, Cost Engineering, Planning & Scheduling, or Project Financial Management within engineering, consulting, or construction projects.
•Demonstrated experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering projects.
•Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
•Strong understanding of project cost management, scheduling, resource planning, earned value management (EVM), and forecasting (ETC/EAC).
