Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage large-scale, complex data centre projects in the real estate sector from feasibility through completion.
  • •Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and large-scale budgets for complex construction projects.
  • •Establish and maintain effective project processes and systems, and monitor progress and performance indicators.
  • •Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, and prepare and present written progress and reporting materials.
  • •Coordinate client, contractors, and designers, and attend/chair meetings while drafting minutes.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a construction-related field and/or a trade qualification.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ work experience in construction, including experience on large-scale mission-critical projects.
  • •Track record delivering hyperscale data centre construction projects from inception to completion.
  • •Experience in client-facing roles at all levels.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction industry and data centre sector themes, including project lifecycle and business case approvals.
