Universal Banker - Roosevelt

Handle client banking transactions with speed and accuracy while maintaining thorough records and proper handling of funds. Provide a strong client experience through courteous engagement, educating customers on digital and self-service banking (ATMs, online and mobile), and supporting outreach via outbound calls. Assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and collaborate with sales/service teams as part of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts while following internal controls and risk procedures.
