Key Responsibilities

  • •Release production orders to the factory floor according to agreed production requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate production schedules, update stakeholders, and support line planning and optimisation of new orders.
  • •Monitor capacity and raw material availability, identify shortages, and escalate risks that may impact delivery.
  • •Track shortages and open orders, follow up on production completion rates and outstanding balances, and provide timely updates.
  • •Support cross-functional operational needs by raising purchase orders, maintaining planning data, and covering team members during absences and peaks.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in planning, administration, procurement, supply chain, or a relevant operational environment.
  • •A relevant degree or technical qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
  • •Analytical, practical problem-solving with the confidence to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • •Clear, collaborative communication with the ability to build relationships across teams.
