Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to private clients by assessing financial needs, gathering and documenting information, and delivering personalized financial wellness recommendations. Build and maintain relationships, develop a client referral pipeline using centers of influence, and consistently meet sales and activity goals. Provide investment and insurance solutions, open personal and business accounts, support branch operations, and ensure compliance while partnering with branch and line-of-business teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client financial wellness recommendations by listening for opportunities and referring appropriate investment and insurance products.
•Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and documenting prospecting efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive products to support meaningful financial conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and assist with client transactions on the teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and properly document client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire (required).
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) with ability to educate clients (required).
