Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the overall testing strategy for PVC, Modbit, LAM, and Hot Asphalt roofing systems.
  • •Manage relationships with third-party agencies (e.g., FM, UL, NEMO, Miami-Dade) to maintain market position and appropriate scheduling.
  • •Oversee inside and outside testing programs end-to-end, including test plans, sample construction/shipping, witnessing, result analysis, and decisions on path to success.
  • •Establish and maintain third-party evaluations, approvals, listings, and approvals (e.g., Miami-Dade NOAs, DORA, CRRC, TDI).
  • •Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Technical Service to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends; support innovation and evaluation of new products and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a 4-year degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or Architecture.
  • •5–10 years of related experience, preferably in roofing and waterproofing.
