Key Requirements

  • •Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification).

  • •Substantial experience teaching English at KS4/KS5 (or equivalent) with a proven track record of excellent outcomes.
  • •Demonstrate leadership capability, including curriculum development and coaching/mentoring staff.
