Job Summary

Support the IT Strategy practice by helping clients align business strategy with IT approaches and evolving roadmaps. You will guide digital transformation of enterprise architectures using innovative technologies such as cloud, AI, and edge, create and analyze frameworks across business, data, applications, and infrastructure, and document IT processes tied to strategic architecture activities. The role includes defining cloud readiness and maturity models and evolving operating models toward Cloud Native, Agile, and DevOps while introducing new IT cost management logics.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide clients through digital evolution of enterprise architectures aligned with business strategy, leveraging innovative technologies such as cloud, AI, and edge.
•Create, analyze, and define frameworks for business, data, applications, and infrastructure, including supporting innovative tools.
•Design, analyze, measure, and document specific IT processes and/or events related to architectural and strategic activities.
•Define cloud readiness logic and maturity models across the elements of clients’ application portfolios.
•Evolve enterprise operating models to establish architecture competency centers enabling Cloud Native paradigms and management logic aligned with Agile and DevOps, including new IT cost management approaches.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (laurea specialistica) in STEM fields.
•New graduate or about to graduate.
•Knowledge of key international frameworks for IT models and processes and current technology market trends.
•Leadership toward clients and ability to manage teams.
•Excellent English proficiency and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
