Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily operations of the injection molding department during second shift.
  • •Direct, train, coach, and develop production employees; set expectations and accountability.
  • •Assign employees and equipment based on schedules, staffing needs, machine availability, and mold capacity.
  • •Oversee setup, operation, and performance of injection molding machines and related equipment; ensure documentation and quality inspections are completed on time.
