Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are used, with application of best practices on all projects.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects at once to ensure design standards are applied correctly; manage supplier interfaces via trackers and reviews.
  • •Produce formal project status reports; provide technical support (including RFIs) and expertise in cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • •5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
