Job Summary

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a talent optimisation product portfolio, including the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver improvements, translate stakeholder and market inputs into user stories, and manage the product backlog through Agile/Scrum. Perform market/competitive analysis, define key product metrics, and guide the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimisation.
