Relationship Banker - Float

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through consultative conversations that uncover financial goals and match them with appropriate bank products and services. Drive growth by proactively engaging clients on deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit, and referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Support the teller line as needed, deliver exceptional client service, maintain compliance and risk controls, and help onboard new associates through on-the-job training.
