Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead coordination and completion of RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs from institutional investors, distributors, and investment consultants to deliver high-quality, timely responses.
  • •Review and refine drafts (own and teammates’) to ensure alignment with client requirements, accurate product information, and consistent messaging.
  • •Partner with Product Specialists and subject-matter experts to maintain, update, and improve core content quality and positioning.
  • •Develop and optimize Responsive templates for RFPs and DDQs to drive efficiency and consistency across global usage.
  • •Contribute to GenAI-enabled RFP production, content governance, and workflow automation initiatives, advising teams on RFP best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or comparable education.
  • •Experience writing RFPs in the investment management industry across multiple distribution channels.
