Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver HR technology priorities and roadmap initiatives through technical architecture, execution discipline, operational excellence, and ownership of timelines and budgets.
  • •Own technical execution and delivery by configuring, integrating, and optimizing HR platforms to support HR strategy and roadmap.
  • •Serve as technical subject matter expert for core HR platforms (Workday and ServiceNow), including architecture accountability and configuration standards.
  • •Lead integration strategy across HR systems, defining API standards, middleware/iPaaS patterns, monitoring/alerting, error handling, reconciliation controls, and logging.
  • •Manage platform operations and reliability (incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, change control, performance monitoring) and partner with Security/Privacy/Identity teams to meet access control, audit, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or similar enterprise applications.
  • •Strong platform knowledge of Workday (HCM/Talent/Compensation or similar) and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (or comparable HR platforms), including integrations and operational support.
  • •Ability to build and lead high-performing global teams and drive outcomes for stakeholders and users.
  • •Broad familiarity with the HR technology landscape and how tools connect to evaluate fit for the organization.
  • •Good understanding of security, privacy, and compliance considerations for HR data, including access controls, audit requirements, vendor risk, and data governance.
