Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Implementation Engineering leadership to establish milestone planning, forecasting standards, and forecast-accuracy tracking.
  • •Ensure account health ratings are supported by real, current evidence (usage, milestones, escalations, customer sentiment).
  • •Build and maintain capacity models and run scenario planning to inform hiring and staffing; flag capacity risk early.
  • •Implement working change-control processes for scope expansion, documenting rationale and impact; define go-live readiness criteria and escalation paths.
  • •Drive operational recovery planning for red/at-risk accounts, maintain clear dependency ownership, and coordinate delivery-related risk areas with Legal, Security, and Finance; identify workflows for automation/AI-agent adoption and measure adoption and impact.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years building and running delivery operations, implementation management, program/PMO, or business operations in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • •Experience building and running capacity models, resource plans, or staffing scenarios tied to demand forecasts.
  • •Hands-on experience identifying and driving automation or AI-agent adoption in operational workflows.
  • •Strong analytical skills using Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools to interpret delivery data and dashboards.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication across Implementation Engineering, Engineering, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and C-Suite; MBA preferred.
