Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the right person or location.
  • •Verify appointments and document vehicle information and existing damage (name, VIN, tag number, mileage).
  • •Control service traffic flow and parking, including managing loaner vehicle assignments as needed.
  • •Park vehicles after service write-up and retrieve vehicles at cashier for customer pick-up while thanking them for their business.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe service drive area and install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags; drive vehicles between lanes, stalls, and parking areas as needed.
