Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategy, governance, architecture, and operational health of the AWS platform across all environments.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing AWS engineering team, fostering an inclusive, people-centered coaching culture.
  • •Drive Agile delivery with Product Owners to prioritize work, manage capacity, deliver releases, and improve delivery metrics.
  • •Establish development, integration, security, and platform standards, overseeing enterprise integrations, platform upgrades, monitoring, incident management, and technical debt reduction.
  • •Partner with technology and business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable digital capabilities that improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading enterprise application platforms, Agile delivery, or enterprise technology solutions, including 2+ years people leadership experience.
  • •Strong AWS experience plus knowledge of Agile delivery, enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, DevOps/CI/CD, and platform operations.
  • •Proficiency with Python (or similar interpreted languages).
  • •Proficiency with RESTful APIs and SQL with relational databases.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
