Health & Safety Manager (They/She/He)

Define and advance the company’s health & safety strategy for a fast-paced, multi-country environment. Lead the Spanish and international H&S team, coordinate committees and providers, and manage KPIs/OKRs, training, emergency planning, investigations, and compliance processes. Partner with Facilities, Operations, and Legal to embed safety across the business, represent the company with authorities, and ensure documentation supports labor inspections.
