Key Requirements

  • •2+ years leading data center cabling projects across multiple sites, coordinating engineering, operations, partners, and customers while delivering complex work on time and on budget.
  • •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, able to act as an onsite lead/advisor to technical teams, vendors, contractors, and customer executives.
  • •Ability to hire, lead, and manage a technical team.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% to customer data center sites, including extended onsite rotational periods.
  • •College degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering / Construction (desirable).
