Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide highly visible, inspirational leadership and strategic direction for the Structures North centre.
  • •Lead recruitment, staff development, personal development reviews, and resource management strategies.
  • •Secure work through existing contacts and focused marketing initiatives; serve as point of contact for key clients using key account management processes.
  • •Act as Project Director on strategic and/or significant projects, including client presentations and promoting strong project delivery and technical excellence.
