Job Summary

Own technical vision and hands-on delivery for enterprise Zoom Contact Center implementations across the Americas. Lead high-level design (HLD) including call flows, routing, IVR, integrations, and WEM configurations, then build and configure ZCC environments. Key Responsibilities

•Create HLDs for enterprise contact center implementations, including call flows, queue architecture, routing, IVR, integrations, and WEM configurations.
•Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into target-state architecture and actionable build plans.
•Hands-on build and configure Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) environments across voice, chat, and digital channels.
•Troubleshoot and support delivery across build, UAT, go-live, and hypercare, coordinating with integration engineers.
•Serve as the primary technical contact throughout the project lifecycle and develop reusable architecture standards, templates, and patterns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,800 - 329,900

Key Requirements

•15+ years in solution/enterprise architecture contact center implementation or contact center customer consulting across complex digital ecosystems.
•Deep experience with enterprise-scale, multi-LOB contact center environments.
•Strong knowledge of contact center platforms (Zoom Contact Center, Genesys, NICE, Five9, or comparable), including ACD, IVR, routing, and WEM.
•Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
•Strong integration experience with REST APIs, CRM (Salesforce, ServiceNow), CTI, OAuth/SSO, and middleware.
