Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the organization’s technology and architectural roadmap and align it with IT strategy and business goals.
  • •Oversee architectural domains (software, data, infrastructure, security) to ensure consistency and interoperability.
  • •Make technology stack decisions (frameworks, cloud, security, interoperability) and run architecture boards/forums to review tactical decisions.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to ensure architecture feasibility, scalability, and consistency across ARTs/teams.
  • •Identify systemic risks (scalability bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, vendor lock-in), mentor senior engineers/architects, and represent the organization’s technology vision externally.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Substantial experience as a Software, Solution, or Enterprise Architect on complex, distributed, data-intensive systems across multiple teams or products.
  • •Proven ability to define and communicate a technology roadmap aligned to business and product strategy.
  • •Strong, hands-on technical grounding (written and reviewed production code) and credibility with senior engineers.
  • •Strong command of cloud and modern platform architecture, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and platform trade-offs (microservices, event-driven, monolithic).
