Job Summary

Lead onsite maintenance and tool & die operations, enforcing OSHA/EPA standards to maintain a zero-incident workplace. Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance teams, manage budgets and CAPEX forecasting, oversee external service contracts, and track work orders, assets, and KPIs using CMMS/ERP.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary guardian of workplace safety by enforcing OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards to ensure a zero-incident environment.
•Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans, transitioning from reactive break-fix to predictive maintenance and preventative maintenance using data analytics.
•Maximize OEE and minimize unplanned downtime by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
•Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors; manage shift schedules and performance evaluations.
•Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget and forecasts, negotiate/manage external service provider contracts, and maintain critical spare-part inventory using CMMS/ERP to track work orders and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
•7-10 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisor or management role.
•Thorough knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
•Experience using data analytics to develop proactive maintenance plans (predictive and preventative maintenance).
•Preferred certification as a Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM), or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
