Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards to maintain a zero-incident workplace safety environment.
  • •Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans, shifting from reactive break-fix to predictive (PdM) and preventative maintenance (PM) using data analytics.
  • •Maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • •Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors; manage shift schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
  • •Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, forecast parts/labor and CAPEX, negotiate/manage external service provider contracts, and maintain critical spare parts inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • •7-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including 2-3 years in a supervisor or management role.
  • •Thorough knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
  • •Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, including handling ambiguity, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Preferred: Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) through AFE, or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) through SMRP.
