Job Summary

Own the day-to-day production stability of Murex MX.3 environments for capital markets clients in Paris. Lead incident, problem, change, and release management, monitor performance and batch/EOD/EOM processing, and coordinate upgrades, patches, and production readiness. Troubleshoot application and integration issues using Murex tools, SQL, and Unix/Linux, track service performance against SLAs/KPIs, maintain runbooks, and support resilience, audit, security, and disaster recovery needs.

•8+ years of Murex experience, including production management or senior production support.
•Hands-on knowledge of Murex MX.3 architecture, interfaces, batch processing, and front-to-back workflows.
•Experience supporting business-critical trading environments within banking or capital markets.
•Expertise in incident, problem, change, and release management.
•Strong SQL and Unix/Linux troubleshooting skills.
