Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize the use of available resources to complete work plan scope within budget and time constraints in an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment.
  • •Ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed when developing the project schedule.
  • •Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines, including contributing to the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with established scheduling methodology and ensure contractor schedules align with integrated schedules/milestones.
  • •Lead schedule reporting (forecast updates and contingency management), and perform schedule updates, analysis, and timely reporting to project leadership and teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 7 years of relevant civil infrastructure construction experience (aviation, rail, transportation, bridges/roads/highways, tunnels, utilities) working in a scheduling role supporting major programs.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques, experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0+ and Microsoft Project.
  • •Experience coordinating in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments to support project/program success.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills, including assisting with wider business initiatives such as responding to RFPs.
