Job Summary

Drive digital transformation for banks, insurers, and financial services customers by creating end-to-end target architectures and transformation roadmaps. Lead solution architecture directions for delivery teams and stakeholders up to C-level, define enterprise architecture visions, principles, blueprints, and governance, and support pre-sales and complex proposal processes. Coach and coordinate enterprise architects, expand the enterprise architecture practice, and translate financial-services technology and market trends into measurable customer value.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop holistic target architectures and transformation roadmaps based on customers’ business strategies, aligning compliance, security, and transformation into consistent end states.
•Derive actionable solution architectures that serve as a foundation for delivery teams, lead developers, and solution architects.
•Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders up to C-level to moderate interests and establish sound decision-making.
•Define architecture visions, principles, blueprints, and governance models across business, application, data, and technology layers.
•Provide enterprise-architecture expertise in pre-sales, complex tenders, and bid processes; coach and coordinate architects and help evolve the enterprise architecture practice.

Key Requirements

•Completed IT degree or comparable qualification.
•10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, ideally in IT consulting or large complex organizations.
•Experience in regulated industries such as banking or insurance, including requirements for security, governance, and compliance.
•Ability to think architecture from the business perspective, connecting business models, processes, and technologies into consistent target visions.
•Experience with enterprise architecture standards and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, COBIT, arc42 (or comparable approaches).
