Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead setup and implementation of local distribution center and replenishment projects within the Merchandising function.
  • •Establish and evolve the replenishment strategy and manage automated Min/Max and manual allocation systems.
  • •Analyze performance and forecast stock needs (PSI and reorderable lines) and manage the reordering process.
  • •Provide planning and analysis support during key merchandising periods (PSI, OTB, pricing cycles) and support incentive/commissions calculations.
  • •Optimize stock efficiency by managing transfer operations, deliveries, and aged stock tracking while liaising with retail locations and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Analytical, highly numeric, and financially oriented with tertiary qualifications in Finance or Mathematics preferred.
  • •Previous experience as an Assistant/Junior Planner (or similar) with allocations, core lines planning, deliveries tracking, and merchandise reporting.
  • •Ability to establish and evolve replenishment strategies and manage Min/Max and manual allocation systems.
  • •Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • •Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to adapt to retail, replenishment, logistics, and data reporting systems.
