Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Director of Employee Communications to shape and execute employer brand strategy across external campaigns and internal storytelling.
  • •Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of key employer brand channels, managing a data-driven recruitment marketing content calendar.
  • •Design and scale an employee advocacy program with toolkits, content, training, and measurement frameworks.
  • •Develop data-informed campaigns and storytelling initiatives to increase brand awareness and improve recruiting metrics.
  • •Partner with Recruiting to strengthen candidate experiences and lead award submissions and third-party recognition programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 74,000 - 95,700
