Develop comprehensive knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes through on-the-job training under a mentor. Learn company products and procedures, lumber and panel grades, lumber math, cuts/yields, production scheduling, product costing, and budget/expense control. Support continuous improvement, safety, and HR policy learning while supervising activities aligned with company policies and laws. Prepare reports and explore operations through facility and customer tours.
