Key Responsibilities

  • •Run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities.
  • •Translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions by defining requirements, agent architecture, KPIs, and quantified value metrics.
  • •Drive Industry AI use cases end-to-end from discovery through deployment, including prototype development and acceptance criteria.
  • •Deliver value rapidly using a fast, iterative approach to place measurable customer value into production within weeks.
  • •Build an Industry AI portfolio by turning customer learnings into industry-specific AI assets and accelerators with documented value.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of industry expertise in areas such as Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with operational process knowledge.
  • •Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions, with a focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Proven product definition or consulting experience translating complex business challenges into structured programs for senior stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead executive workshops and FDE-style discovery/co-innovation sessions, navigating organizational dynamics with emotional intelligence.
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, and LeanIX, including clean-core and cloud-first architecture principles.
